We rent the whole estate — the rate depends on the date, always for the entire property per night.

The rates do not include the local tourist tax of €0.35 per person per night, payable on arrival.
A booking becomes binding once the 50% deposit of the total stay price is paid. The balance is payable no later than on arrival, unless the operator sets an earlier due date.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 29 – 20 days before arrival: 25% of the stay price.
- Cancellation 19 – 8 days before arrival: 50% of the stay price.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay price.
